    Cheescake Brownies

    List of Ingredients




    1 box of fudge brownie mix
    1 8oz. pkg. of cream cheese
    2 TBL. margarine
    1 TBL. cornstarch
    1 14oz. can of sweetened condensed milk
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vanilla

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350. Prepare brownie mix according to package directions. Lightly spray a 9x13" baking dish and pour in the brownie mix. In a bowl, beat the cream cheese, margarine, and cornstarch until fluffy. Gradually beat in the milk, egg, and vanilla. Pour over the brownie mix. Bake for 50-60 minutes. Cool completly and cut into bars. Store in an airtight container.
