    1 3 ounce package cream cheese, softened
    1/3 cup sifted powdered sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 cup flaked coconut
    1/2 cup finely chopped nuts
    1 pound dipping chocolate

    Recipe



    In a small mixing bowl stir together softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla til well combined. Stir in coconut and pecans. Chill about 1 hour. Shape into 1-inch balls. Melt the dipping chocolate; dip the balls in the chocolate. Cover and store in a cool dry place.
