Spiced Pumpkin Bars
List of Ingredients
2 cups flour
1 TBL. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
4 eggs
1 can of solid packed pumpkin
1 cup of unsweetened applesauceRecipe
In a bowl, combine the ddry ingredients. In another bowl, combine the eggs, pumpkin, and applesauce. Pour into a greased baking dish. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes. Cool on a wire rack and cut into bars. Dust with powdered sugar.
Store in an airtight container.
