SARAH'S DEVILED EGGS

List of Ingredients
- 1 dozen eggs, hardboiled
- 1 tsp. cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 TBL. prepared mustard
- 1/3 of sugar (or more, depnding on how sweet you want them)
- 1 1/2 cups of Hellmans mayonaise
- paprika or black olives for garnish
Instructions
- As soon as the eggs are done boiling, drain the water and rinse twice with cold water. Let set 5 minutes and peel.
- In a large bowl, combine the eggs yolks and smash them with the tines of a fork until most of the lumps are gone.
- Add remaning ingredients and stir well. Fill the eggs with a small spoon or pastry bag.
- You can garnish your eggs with a sprinkling of paprika, or sliced black olives if you desire.
- Refrigerate in a covered container.
Final Comments
Be careful not to overdue the mayonaise or sugar or the mixture will be runny.
