    SARAH'S DEVILED EGGS

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 dozen eggs, hardboiled
    • 1 tsp. cider vinegar
    • 1/2 tsp. salt
    • 1/4 tsp. pepper
    • 2 TBL. prepared mustard
    • 1/3 of sugar (or more, depnding on how sweet you want them)
    • 1 1/2 cups of Hellmans mayonaise
    • paprika or black olives for garnish


    Instructions


    1. As soon as the eggs are done boiling, drain the water and rinse twice with cold water. Let set 5 minutes and peel.
    2. In a large bowl, combine the eggs yolks and smash them with the tines of a fork until most of the lumps are gone.
    3. Add remaning ingredients and stir well. Fill the eggs with a small spoon or pastry bag.
    4. You can garnish your eggs with a sprinkling of paprika, or sliced black olives if you desire.
    5. Refrigerate in a covered container.


    Final Comments


    Be careful not to overdue the mayonaise or sugar or the mixture will be runny.
