    List of Ingredients


    • 2 (3.4oz.) packages of French vanilla pudding mix
    • 3 cups plus 3 TBS. milk, divided
    • 8oz. whipped topping
    • 1(12oz.) package graham crackers
    • 6 TBS. butter
    • 2 (1oz.) squares semisweet chocolate
    • 1 3/4 cups powdered sugar


    Instructions


    1. Combine pudding mix and 3 cups milk in a large bowl. Prepare instant pudding using package directions. Add whipped topping. Beat with an electric mixer at medium speed until blended.
    2. Arrange a layer of graham crackers in bottom of a 13x9" dish. Spread with half of the pudding mixture. Add a second layer of graham crackers. Spread with remaining pudding mixture. Top with another layer of graham crackers.
    3. Combine butter and chocolate in a small saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring frequently, until chocolate melts. Stir in remaining milk.
    4. Place powdered sugar in a med. bowl. Add chocolate mixture. Beat with an electric mixer on med. speed until icing is a spreadable consistency. Spread over prepared layers. Chill, covered, for 8 hours. Cut into squares and serve on dessert plates.
