SWISS CHICKEN CASSEROLE

List of Ingredients
- 1 (14oz.) can artichoke hearts
- 4 cups chopped cooked chicken
- 12oz. Swiss cheese, shredded
- 2 cups chopped celery
- 2 cups herb-seasoned croutons
- 1(10 3/4oz) can cream of celery soup
- 1/2 cup mayonaise
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350. Spray an 11x7" baking dish with non stick cooking spray.
- Drain and chop the artichoke hearts. Combine the chicken, artichokes, and Swiss cheese in a large bowl.
- Combine celery, croutons, soup, mayonaise, milk, onion and salt in a medium bowl and mix well.
- Add soup mixture to chicken mixture and mix well. Spoon
into prepared dish.
- Bake until browned and bubbly, about 30-40 minutes.
