    Recipe Introduction


    The nice thing about this simple dish is that it is made in the crockpot. What a great way to get those picky eaters to eat thier veggies! I like to serve it with cornbread.

    List of Ingredients




    2 large potatoes peeled and diced
    2-3 medium carrots
    1 small can of peas, drained
    1/2 cup of chopped onion
    1 cup of chopped celery
    1 1/2 lbs. of hamburger browned
    1 10oz. can of tomato soup(rinse can and fill with water)

    Recipe



    Layer the first 5 ingredients in the crockpot.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Next, add the hamburger.
    Combine the soup and water and pour into crockpot. Stir to mix.
    Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high 2-4 hours.
