2lbs. of stew meat
2 TBL. Lipton onion soup mix
1 6oz. can of sliced mushrooms, drained
1 c. of sour cream
Hot cooked noodlesRecipe
In a Dutch oven, combine the stew meat and soup mix.Cover with water.
Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 3 hours, or until the meat is tender. Drain.
Stir in the mushrooms and sour cream.
Add the noodles and stir well.
