Sour Cream Chicken Breast

Stuffed chicken breast smothered in a creamy mushroom sauce is delicious served with rice.
List of Ingredients
- 8 slices Armor dried beef (Jar)
- 8 boneless skinless chicken breast
- 4 slices of bacon cut in half
- 1 cup sour cream
- 10 3/4 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 300. Lay one piece of beef on each chicken breast and wrap with a half slice of bacon.
- Place in a 13x9" casserole dish, seam side down.
- Mix sour cream, soup, and mushrooms together.
- Pour over chicken breast and cover.
- Bake for 1 1/2 hours. Serve with rice.
