    Cake:
    1 box lemon cake mix (no pudding)
    1 box instant lemon pudding
    3/4 c water
    1/2 c Crisco oil
    4 eggs
    2 T. key lime juice
    Frosting:
    3/4 box powdered sugar
    key lime juice

    Recipe



    Mix cake mix, pudding, water, oil, eggs, and key lime juice with an electric beater for 2 minutes. Pour into a bundt pan. Bake cake at 325° for 40-45 minutes. In a separate bowl mix powdered sugar and enough key lime juice to make frosting the consistency of a glaze. When cake is done and is still hot, poke holes in the top and bottom sides. Pour frosting in and around the holes. Place the cake in the freezer to cool.
