    Great cooked in the crockpot. Serve with mashed potatoes.

    List of Ingredients




    1 package of beef smoked sausage
    1 can of sauerkraut undrained
    salt and pepper to taste

    Recipe



    Place all ingredients in crockpot. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours. Serve with mashed potatoes if desired.
