    This easy dish gives a twist to shredded hashbrowns. We like it with a ham dinner.

    List of Ingredients




    1 package of hashbrowns, partially thawed
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 16oz. carton of sour cream
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/4 cup of melted butter or margarine
    1 can of cream of celery soup
    2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
    1 cup of crushed Ritz crackers
    1/4 cup of melted margarine or butter

    Recipe



    In a large baking dish, combine the hashbrowns and onion.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    In a bowl, combine the soup, sour cream, margarine, and cheese.
    Pour over potatoes and mix lightly.
    Combine the cracker crumbs and margarine.
    Pour over top of the potatoes.
    Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
