Glazed Carrots

Recipe Introduction
The sweet sauce gives these carrots a nice glaze and delicious taste.
List of Ingredients
- 1 lb. baby carrots
- 1 cup of butter or margarine
- 2 TBL. brown sugar
- 2 TBL. white sugar
- 1/4 cup of honey
- 1 tsp. salt
- dash of cinnamon
Instructions
- In a saucepan, boil the carrots until tender. Drain water.
- Add the butter or margarine, sugars, honey, salt. Over low heat bring to a gentle boil.
- Stir occasionaly. When the sauce has thickened sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Serve while warm.
