Try this easy recipe using canned yams. These mouth watering yams are a delight to have at Thanksgiving!
List of Ingredients
2 17oz OR 23oz. canned yams drained
1 small jar of peach or pineapple preserves
1 cup of mini marhsmallows
1/4 cup of chopped pecans
1 TBL. margarine or butter
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350. Arrange yams in an ungreased baking dish (9x13). Spoon preserves over yams and top with marshmallows, pecans, and margarine. Bake for 25 minutes.
