List of Ingredients
- 1 10" Flour tortilla
- 1/2 cup of fat free refried beans
- 2 TBL. of salsa
- 1 TBL. light sour cream
- 4 TBL. of fat free shredded cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350. Place tortilla on a baking sheet.
- Add the beans,salsa, sour cream, and cheese.
- Roll the tortilla up and place seam side down on baking sheet.
- Bake for about 10 minutes or until the center is warm and the cheese is melted.
- Weight Watchers points-3
Final Comments
10" flour tortilla= 3 points
1/2 cup fat free refried beans= 1 point
2 TBL. salsa= 0 points
1 TBL. light sour cream= 1 point
4 TBL. fat free shredded cheese= 1 point
