Recipe Introduction
IF YOU ARE DOING THE WEIGHT WATCHERS PROGRAM, THEN YOU KNOW HOW IMPORTANT IT IS TO COUNT YOUR POINTS. I LOVE OMLETTES AND CAME UP WITH THIS ONE USING EGG BEATERS.
List of Ingredients
- 1/4 cup of egg substitute
- 1 TBL. light stick margarine
- 1 cup total of chopped green and red pepper, and onion
- 1 slice of fat free Butterball or Healthy Choice Ham
- 1 slice of fat free American cheese, cubed
Instructions
- Over med. heat, spray a non-stick skillet with cooking spray. Add margarine and vegetables. Sautee until vegetables are tender.
- Add the egg substitute, meat, and cheese.
- When the egg starts to cook underneath, flip over to cook the other side until done.
- Serve while still warm.
Weight Watchers Points- 3
Final Comments
1/4 cup egg substitute= 1 point
1 tbl. Lite margarine= 1 point
1 cup of chopped peppers and onions= 0 points
1 slice of fat free American cheese= 1 point
1 slice of fat free turkey or ham= 1 point
