    IF YOU ARE DOING THE WEIGHT WATCHERS PROGRAM, THEN YOU KNOW HOW IMPORTANT IT IS TO COUNT YOUR POINTS. I LOVE OMLETTES AND CAME UP WITH THIS ONE USING EGG BEATERS.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1/4 cup of egg substitute
    • 1 TBL. light stick margarine
    • 1 cup total of chopped green and red pepper, and onion
    • 1 slice of fat free Butterball or Healthy Choice Ham
    • 1 slice of fat free American cheese, cubed


    Instructions


    1. Over med. heat, spray a non-stick skillet with cooking spray. Add margarine and vegetables. Sautee until vegetables are tender.
    2. Add the egg substitute, meat, and cheese.
    3. When the egg starts to cook underneath, flip over to cook the other side until done.
    4. Serve while still warm.
      Weight Watchers Points- 3

    1/4 cup egg substitute= 1 point
    1 tbl. Lite margarine= 1 point
    1 cup of chopped peppers and onions= 0 points
    1 slice of fat free American cheese= 1 point
    1 slice of fat free turkey or ham= 1 point
