List of Ingredients
1 Bag of Ore-Ida Potatoes O'Brien (with the onions and peppers)
1 8 oz. bag of Cheddar cubes or shredded cheddar (I used the cubes)
1 Stick of Butter
1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 Soup can of milk
1 cup crushed Cheez-It Crackers
Recipe
In a large bowl, melt butter in Micro. Add can of soup, stir until mixed and then add a soup can of milk. Stir.
Add potatoes, cheese and crackers and mix well. Pour in 9 X 13 pan and bake at 375 for 30-40 minutes. Last 5 minutes add a handful of crushed Cheez-its to top.
It may be my oven but sometimes I need to bake longer than the 40 minutes because the potatoes are still frozen. Then again, I'm using an Easy Bake Oven! (Maybe it's time to change the light bulb)
