TERIYAKI STEAK
2 1/2 pounds Boneless round steak
1 teaspoon Ground ginger
1 tablespoon Sugar
2 tablespoons Oil
1/2 cup Soy sauce
1 Clove garlic -- crushed
Recipe
Cut the steak into 1/8 inch thick slices. Combine the remaining ingredients in a
small bowl. Place
the meat in the crockpot and pour it all. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8
hours. Serve with rice.
