Graham crackers
2 large boxes of Pudding, preferably vanilla
2 (8oz) containers of whipped topping (like cool whip)
Chocolate icing (your preference on flavor)
9" x 13" pan
Recipe
1. Make pudding using only 1-1/2 to 2 cups of milk depending on how thick you want your "filling" and mix till thickens.
2. Gently mix or fold whipped topping into pudding.
3. Put a layer of graham crackers in bottom of pan (it probably won't cover the WHOLE bottom, but that's ok), spread a layer of "filling" to thickness desired, put another layer of graham crackers. Continue to layer till you fill the pan and /or run out of "filling". End with graham crackers. carefully heat the icing so you can pour it over the top of final layer of graham crackers (be careful not to spill). Let it set, cover and chill.
