    This recipe is a favorite of my MOm's we use to go to The Boardwalk and eat them all the time :) And they are very simple to make.

    List of Ingredients




    1 box of plain waffles
    Favorite Ice Cream (boxed icecream)

    Recipe






    1 box of icecream (We do neopolitan because thats what I use to get
    on the boardwalk) Cut into 8 slices with a knife and serve as a sandwich on
    lightly toasted waffles
