Spaghetti W/ Italian Sausage and Peppers

Recipe Introduction
This is a family recipe of ours that's been in my family
for every family party we have had pretty much :)
Its usually a very big hit :)
List of Ingredients
2 lbs of Hatfield Italian MILD Sausage (thawed)
3 Green Peppers (cut into pieces)
4 medium sized onions (cut into pieces)
2 Big cans Of Red Pack Crushed Tomatoes (Traditional)
1 box of spaghetti or angel hair (made according to package)
Garnish with Parmasan Cheese
Recipe
Poke sausage with a fork and put in a big pot of water on Med with onions and
green peppers cook for about 45 mins. Skim off fat
Skim Peppers and onions place into another pot
Thinly Slice Sausage and add to the pot with 2 cans of sauce
and 1 can of water. Mix well while cooking the pasta in the sausage
water. Give it flavoring. You don't have to even add salt or oil
the fat from the sausage is enough to keep the pasta from stick.
I usually rinse the pasta when draining. Serve with the Sauce over
the Pasta.
Another thing my family does is serves this sausage and peppers
over hoagie rolls. If we have alot left I freeze it for a later lunch
or quick dinner. Just depends how much I have left. Enjoy!
