Recipe Introduction

This is a family favorite of ours. This is great to fix when you have lots to do and don't have time to stand over the stove! It has to cook for 3 hours, so sometimes I run errands while this is cooking. The meat turns out fork tender and there is lots of gravy with it. My Kids loves it . Yum!

List of Ingredients

2 lbs. stew meat
2 cans cream of mushroom
2 cups beef broth
1 pkg. onion soup mix
Egg noodles, cooked




Recipe



Combine all ingredients EXCEPT noodles in a 2-3 quart casserole dish. Put lid on dish and bake at 350 for 3 hours without stirring. Serve over prepared noodles. This is also great with mashed potatoes!


I also cook this in the crockpot for 6 hours on high
in the summer so I don't have to use my oven.
