Kat's Pepper Jack Chicken Pasta

List of Ingredients
3 cooked Chicken Breasts (diced)
1 cup of light cream
1 pkg of tacobell taco seasoning
1 box of bowtie pasta
1/2 red pepper (diced)
5 slices of pepperjack cheese slices
1 pkg of shredded cheddar or taco cheese
Recipe
pre-heat oven 350
In a big pot boil water, add pasta and cook for 8 mins
When done strain pasta noodles in same pot cook
red peppers until they are soft. Then add in cream, taco
seasoning, pepper jack cheese, and 1/2 bag of cheddar
Whisk until cream sauce is smooth. Add in chicken and
Pasta. Pour into a pyrex pan. Sprinkle some more cheddar
to the top. Bake 5-8 mins until cheese is melted :)
Goes great with a salad :) Enjoy!
If for some reason is taste a little dry add in a little milk
or some more cream.
Onions, greenchilies, and green peppers would also be
good in this. I like red because you can't tell they are in
there.
