    This recipe is great on a very cold day :)
    Nothing like comforting food. Yum!

    List of Ingredients




    Hamburger soup.
    1 C Diced Potatoes
    1C Diced Carrots
    1 C Diced Celery
    1/4 C Rice, uncooked
    1/2 C Chopped Onion
    2 teaspoons Salt
    1/4 teaspoon Pepper
    2 C Tomato Juice
    5 C Water
    1 lb Hamburger, browned and drained

    put in large pot, bring to a boil reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour.
