    2 eggs
    1 cup all-purpose flour
    1 cup milk
    1/4 cup butter, melted
    12 ounces (3 cups) Monterey Jack Cheese, cut into ½ inch cubes
    1 (10-ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed, and well drained
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon chili powder

    Recipe





    Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 13 x 9 inch baking pan with no-stick vegetable spray. Set aside. Beat eggs in medium bowl until well mixed. Add remaining ingredients, mix well.
    Spread mixture evenly into prepared pan. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until golden brown. Let stand 10 minutes. Cut into small squares, serve as appetizers.
