    Cinnamon-Pecan Coffee Cake

    1 cup sugar
    1 tbsp ground dinnamon
    1 (25 oz) package frozen bread roll dough
    1/2 cup butter, melted
    1 cup chopped pecans
    Brown Sugar Glaze
    Garnish with fresh cranberries, fresh mint sprigs if desired


    Brown Sugar Glaze
    1/2 cup whipping cream
    1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
    1 tsp ground cinnamon

    Recipe




    Combine sugar and cinnamon. Dip rolls in butter; roll in sugar mixture. Arrange rolls in a well greased 10 inch tube pan; sprinkle with nuts. Cover and chill 8 hours.
    Pour Brown Sugar Glaze over dough (recipe follows).
    Bake at 325 for 55 minutes or until done. Let stand 10 minutes. Invert onto a serving plate and drizzle with glaze in pan. Garnish, if desired.

    Brown Sugar Glaze

    Beat whipping cream at high speed with an electric mixer until soft peaks form; stir in brown sugar and cinnamon.
