1/2 cup milk (or half and half, for a richer ice cream)
1 tablespoon sugar
1/3 teaspoon vanilla extract
Recipe
Put above ingredients into a pint sized ziploc freezer baggie. Zip closed. Put that baggie into a gallon sized ziploc freezer baggie filled with ice cubes and 6 tablespoons of table salt. Zip closed. Shake, shake, shake
for 5 minutes. Open and eat! You can add mini chocolate chips or bits of fruit and/or nuts before eating. Works every time!
