    Florentine Scalloped Potatoes

    1 10 3/4 ounce can condensed Cheddar cheese soup
    1 10 ounce package frozen chopped spinach, thawed
    1/2 cup sliced onion
    1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
    1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
    1/2 teaspoon marjoram
    1 clove garlic minced
    dash of pepper
    2 cups shredded Swiss cheese, divided
    4 cups thinly sliced potatoes

    Recipe





    Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Butter a 2 quart casserole. In a mixing bowl, stir together all ingredients except 1/2 cup cheese and the sliced potatoes. In the prepared casserole, layer sauce alternately with potatoes, beginning and ending with sauce. Cover and bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes. Uncover; sprinkle with reserved cheese. Bake an additional 15 minutes.
