    frozen yogurt using an ice cream maker

    List of Ingredients

    basic frozen yogurt:
    2 c. nonfat yogurt
    1 c. milk
    1/4 - 1/3 c. splenda, depending on how sweet you like
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    (with fresh fruits of all sorts, peaches and mangoes seem to be the best. Could also use semi-sweet mini-chips.)
