    makes 10 servings at 2 points per serving (approx 1/2 cup per serving)

    List of Ingredients




    2 15oz tubs low fat ricotta
    1/4 cup fat-free skim milk
    3/4 cup SPLENDA
    2 tsp lime zest
    1 tsp vanilla extract

    Recipe



    Empty both tubs of ricotta into blender or food processor, add enough milk to make the mixture liquid enough to process (about 1/4 cup, less or more depending on preference). Add other ingredients and blend until smoothe. Pour into ice cream machine; ready in approx. 20-25 minutes.

    Servings should be 1/2 cup.
