    1 reg = 2 pts (2/3 muffin tin filled)
    3 mini = 1 pt (tsp per muffin)

    List of Ingredients




    1 cake mix (no pudding)
    1 15 oz crushed pineapple, undrained

    Recipe



    Add two ingredients together and mix well. Pour into muffin tins of your choice and bake according to the directions on the box. You may frost these with some Fat free Cool Whip,with a bit of coconut mixed into it.

    These freeze well
