Chinese Chicken Wings

1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup soy sauce
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
4 to 5 pounds chicken wings, cut into pieces at joints with tips discardedRecipe
Combine sugars, soy sauce and garlic powder in a zip-seal plastic bag. Add the wing pieces, seal, toss to coat and refrigerate at least 2 hours, or better overnight, turning bag several times during the marinating time.
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Pour chicken and marinade into a roasting pan. Arrange wings in a single layer. Bake 2 hours. Makes 32 wing pieces.
