Irish Rover's stuffed portobello mushroo

List of Ingredients
1 pound blue cheese
5 ounces smoked salmon, chopped, about 1/2 cup
1/2 cup red onion, diced
24 "baby portobello" mushrooms, or large white button mushrooms, stems removed and brushed cleanRecipe
Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine first 3 ingredients. Spread on the gill side of the mushrooms. Arrange on a baking sheet, and heat for 15 to 20 minutes. Serve warm.
Makes 24 mushrooms.
