Recipe Introduction
Cocktail parties are probably the most flexible and inexpensive way to
entertain, especially larger crowds. Guests can come and go, staying from 30
minutes to many hours.
List of Ingredients
3 6-ounce cans white albacore tuna in water, rinsed and drained
4 ounces canned sliced mushrooms, rinsed and drained
2-ounce can sliced black olives, rinsed and drained
1/3 cup pimento-stuffed green olives, sliced
6-ounce jar marinated artichokes, drained and cut up
6 baby carrots, sliced thin
3/4 cup chili sauce
1/2 cup ketchup
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish or to taste
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Recipe
In a large bowl, break up tuna with a fork. Add mushrooms, black and green
olives, artichokes and carrots. In a separate bowl, combine remaining
ingredients; add to tuna mixture and refrigerate. Serve with crackers, pita,
cocktail rye bread. Can be prepared 1 day in advance. You can also use this
to make mini "gourmet" sandwiches.
