    Apricot Jam Bread

    List of Ingredients





    3 c. sifted flour
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 cup apricot jam
    2 tsp grated orange rind
    2 Tbsp melted butter
    1 cup. milk
    1 cup chopped pecans

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
    Sift flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. Beat eggs with
    electric mixer; beat in jam. Stir in orange rind, butter and milk. Add flour mixture and nuts. Pour batter in pan and bake 1 hour or until done. Let cool.
