    Absolutely the fluffiest, tastiest and happily rich biscuits ever.

    List of Ingredients





    2 cups flour
    1 tablespoon baking powder
    1 tablespoon sugar
    1 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon baking soda
    1/2 stick unsalted butter
    1 1/2 cups cold buttermilk

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 500 degrees. Mix all the dry ingredients together with a fork. Cut in the butter. Fold the buttermilk into the flour mixture until just blended. Make dough balls from rounded tablespoon; coat with flour. Place floured dough balls in greased cake tin. Drizzle some melted butter over the top. Bake for 5 minutes at 500 degrees. Turn the oven temperature down to 450 degrees; bake for 15 minutes. Let rest for 5 minutes before devouring the whole pan of biscuits.
