Lemony Salmon Quiche
List of Ingredients
1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
3 eggs, beaten
1 can (12 ounces) evaporated milk
1 tablespoon lemon pepper seasoning
1 package (8 ounces) shredded Swiss cheese
1 tablespoon flour
1 can (6 1/2 to 7 1/2 ounces) salmon, drained and skin and bones removed
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Recipe
Prebake pie shell for 10 minutes. Set aside.
Meanwhile, in medium bowl, combine eggs, milk and lemon pepper. In separate bowl, combine cheese and flour; stir into egg mixture. Gently fold in salmon. Pour into pie shell.
Bake 45 minutes or until a knife inserted near center comes out clean. Let quiche stand 10 minutes before cutting. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
