    Breakfast Oven puff pancakes

    List of Ingredients





    1 stick butter
    6 eggs
    1 cup milk
    1/4 cup orange juice
    1/2 cup sugar
    1 cup flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon



    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Melt butter and pour into a 9x13-inch baking dish.
    Blend all the remaining ingredients in a blender and pour into the
    buttered pan.
    Bake for 20 minutes until puffed and just lightly browned.

    Optional: Add fruit such as bananas, peaches or strawberries to
    batter before baking.

    Serve with powdered sugar, syrup, jelly and/or sour cream.

    Serves 6.
