List of Ingredients





3 sticks (1 1/2 cups) butter
3 cups sugar
5 eggs
3 cups flour
2 tablespoons lemon extract or lemon juice
3/4 cup 7-Up



Recipe



Cream the butter and sugar together for 20 minutes. Add eggs one at a time. Mix well. Add flour and lemon extract and mix well. Add 7-Up. Pour batter into a greased Bundt pan and bake at 325 degrees for 1 to 1 1/4 hours.
