    CRUSTLESS CRANBERRY-PECAN PIE

    List of Ingredients





    FILLING:
    2 1/2 cups cranberries
    1/2 cup sugar
    3/4 cup pecans

    TOPPING:
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 cup sugar
    1 cup flour
    1/2 cup butter, melted

    Recipe



    For the filling: Lightly grease a 9-inch pie pan. Spread cranberries over bottom of pan. Sprinkle with sugar. Sprinkle with pecans.
    For the topping: In a bowl, beat together eggs and sugar. Stir in flour and melted butter. Pour batter over cranberries.
    Bake at 325 degrees for 60 minutes.
