Carrot Cake
List of Ingredients
2 cups Flour
2 cups Sugar
1 Tbsp Cinnamon
2 tsp Soda
2/3 cups Cooking oil
2 cups Grated carrots
4 Eggs
1 cup Chopped nuts
Frosting
8oz pkg cream cheese
1/4 Stick margarine
1 tsp Vanilla
2 1/2 cups Powdered sugar
Recipe
Mix all ingredients in order; beat well. Pour into 2 9x5x2-inch loaf pans. You can also use a bundt pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for one hour, or until done.
Mix all ingredients for frosting well.
Spread frosting over cooled cake.
