BEAT cream cheese in medium bowl until smooth. Gradually beat in sugar.
Stir in milk. Measure 1/4 cup of mixture; stir in flavored instant coffee. Drizzle 1 tablespoon over crust; set remaining coffee-flavored cheese mixture aside.
STIR whipped topping into remaining cream cheese mixture gently. Spoon into crust. Drizzle with remaining coffee-flavored cheese mixture. Swirl knife or metal spatula through mixture to marbleize.
REFRIGERATE 2 hours or until set. Store leftover pie in refrigerator.
