    Try this French lemon pie recipe for that special occasion or just for an extra treat at home.




    List of Ingredients




    1 c sugar
    1/2 c white corn syrup
    juice of 1 lemon
    rind of one lemon
    3 eggs
    1/4 tsp lemon extract
    1/4 tsp butter flavoring
    1 c crushed graham crackers
    1 unbaked pastry shell

    Recipe



    Mix ingredients in order listed. Pour into unbaked pastry shell Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool and serve.
