    List of Ingredients





    1 (16 oz.) can chocolate syrup
    1 can flour
    1 can sugar
    3/4 can oil
    1 can pecans, chopped
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 can coconut
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    4 eggs

    Recipe



    Empty can of syrup into large bowl; use can for measuring next ingredients.
    Add flour, sugar, oil, pecans and coconut. Add eggs, vanilla and salt; mix
    well. Pour into ungreased 3-by-9-inch pan or two round cake pans for layer
    cake. Bake at 350 F for 40 minutes. Ice with chocolate icing.
