2 tablespoons butter, room temperature
1 cup sugar
1 cup sour cream
3 eggs, beaten
3/4 cup raisins
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 unbaked, single-crust, 9-inch pie shell
Recipe
Combine butter and sugar in bowl, using electric mixer. Stir in sour cream and eggs, then raisins, cinnamon and nutmeg. Pour into pie shell. Bake in preheated 375-degree oven 45 minutes or until top of pie browns and knife inserted near center comes out clean. Makes about 6 servings.
