    Chocolate Cracker Kisses

    List of Ingredients





    2/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
    2 egg whites
    1/4 teaspoon real vanilla extract
    1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
    2/3 cup sugar
    3 tablespoons crushed salted soda crackers

    Recipe



    Microwave the chocolate chips on high for 1 minute. Stir. Microwave another 10-30 seconds, if needed. Cool for about 5 minutes. Beat egg whites until stiff, and then add vanilla and cream of tartar. Gradually beat in sugar. Fold in the crackers. Drop by teaspoons onto parchment lined baking sheets. Bake at 350 degrees 10-12 minutes. When cool, store in a tightly closed tin.
