    This is a very easy and tasty recipe. A good use for that left over ham.

    List of Ingredients




    3/4 cup milk
    1/2 pound sharp cheese, cubed
    2 cups ham, diced or ground
    1/2 cup onion, diced
    3 cups noodles, cooked
    3/4 cup sour cream
    1/4 cup parsley, chopped
    Salt and pepper to taste
    Bread crumbs (optional)

    Recipe




    Preheat oven to 350°. Grease a 2-quart casserole dish. Combine milk and
    cheese in saucepan; heat until cheese melts. Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Spoon into casserole. Top with crumbs, if desired. Bake at 350° for 30
    minutes or until bubbly.
