Have It Your Way Seafood Casserole

List of Ingredients
4-5 oz pasta
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 c milk or dry white wine
1 can condensed cream soup (mushroom, celery or shrimp)
1 cup shredded American cheese (4 oz)
1/2 tsp dry mustard or dill
6-8 oz drained canned seafood (shrimp, crab, tuna, or salmon)

Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and set aside. Combine mayo with milk or wine; stir in soup, cheese and seasonings. Gently stir in cooked pasta and drain fish or seafood. Pour into 1-1/2 quart casserole; cover and bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Uncover and sprinkle with crunchy topping; bake 5 minutes more. Makes 6 servings
To make crunch topping:
combine 1 cup soft bread crumbs and 2 Tbsp melted butter; or use 1 cup crushed potato chips, chow mein noodles, french fried onions or 1/2 c slivered almonds.
