Spinach Casserole

3 10 ounce packages of frozen chopped spinach
1 8 oz package of fresh mushrooms, sliced
1/2 cup butter
2 tablespoons flour
1 cup milk
salt
pepper
1 can artichoke hearts
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Recipe
Cook chopped spinach until done, drain well. Saute mushrooms in margarine then remove mushrooms from skillet and add flour. Gradually stir in milk until smooth. Add spinach, mushrooms and seasonings to taste.
Cut artichoke hearts in half and cover bottom of the casserole. Pour spinach mixture over the artichokes. Heat sour cream, mayonnaise and lemon juice together. Spread over top of casserole. Heat in 350 oven until bubbly. Serves 8 - 10.
