Sweet Noodle Kugel Custard

1/2 pound medium egg noodles
1 stick butter
8 ounces creamed cottage cheese
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
8 ounces sour cream
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups milk
5 eggs
Cinnamon/sugar mixture
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large saucepan cook and drain noodles according to package directions. Return them to the pan and mix in the butter and cream cheese. Mix well. Add the cottage cheese, sour cream, sugar, vanilla
and milk and mix well. In a separate bowl beat the eggs. Add the beaten eggs and mix well. Pour the noodle mixture into a greased 3-quart casserole. Sprinkle the top with cinnamon and sugar. Bake for 1 hour.
Serves 8.
